Tammy Johnson has been a Registered Nurse since 1999, but somewhere in her heart, she knew that her passion for real estate would eventually win over and she would make the leap to the profession of real estate. She has been helping her clients fulfill their real estate needs since 2007. As a Realtor®, with the designations of Seller Representation Specialist, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and also Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), she helps clients, Buy, Sell and Close on the homes they LOVE. Annie Conti is the Buyer Specialist for the Tammy L. Johnson Team. She loves her role in helping clients find the home of their dreams and she works tirelessly to make sure that her clients are educated on market trends while ensuring that they receive up-to-date information on properties available the buyer’s desired neighborhoods. Her upbeat personality makes her a joy to work with, and her extensive market knowledge and contract negotiation skills are an asset to buyers, giving them an advantage in today’s extremely competitive marketplace.
KellyLynn Boone is the Transaction Manager for the Tammy L. Johnson Team and has been working in Real Estate since 1997. Once Tammy’s and Emily’s clients have a ratified Purchase Agreement, KellyLynn picks up the file and she will work with the client’s closing attorney and lender to successfully bring the property to closing. Her goal is to create a communications network that allows all parties involved in a transaction to be up-to-date on the progress of the file until it closes. Her goal is a smooth and positive experience.
Bridget Marshall is the Marketing Consultant for the Tammy L. Johnson Team. She has been working in Marketing & Design since 2004. Bridget maintains this website and designs promotional materials that feature client properties and their best attributes. She is passionate the art of communication.
